Granted Monday was a Holiday. They usually pickup on Fridays. So, the make it up on Saturday. The thing is. They picked up the trash on the right side of the road. And, never came to pickup on the Left. Called Monday the customer service representative said they would pickup today. NOTHING!!! I've been trying to close my account for a month now. I keep being promised that someone will call me within 24 hours to get everything taken care of. No one will call. I was also charged again for services and promised a refund, yet no refund has been given. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior for any business and has now crossed over to theft.

I called here twice and no one mentioned the $100 minimum and failed to mention I would have buy a hard had and safety vest if we didn’t bring one. Should have went to Boston mountain waste
