Very professional and helpful. I am not savvy with online. So I appreciate the ability to contact via phone. However once I became a customer, I found that they were not as helpful. In fact, there were numerous charges, promises of a credit that did not materialize. After I canceled, I got the "final" bill. Paid that. Then I got a bill saying I owed more. I was not able to get an explanation. But I did keep getting bills. I finally sent money (I did not owe) just to stop the harassment. And I do not want WM to contact me now... read more
