Sign up was online, and easy. I called a local number, and their rep was able to move my first pickup date earlier than I could online. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of a missed pickup last week, which could have been due to winter weather. They offer a range of service options, and prices are competitive.
I used them for 2 years and my bill just kept getting higher and higher. it almost doubled...that's when i started using someone else. They are also impossible to reach. IMPOSSIBLE. It was all pretty exhausting. do no recommend
