Not dependable. WM violates verbal agreements. Difficult to reach and get answers. Non responsive.
Trash pickup was fine, until I moved. I tried to cancel service via the phone number on the website, no answer multiple attempts. Either the website is just impossible to navigate or they finally added a cancel service function, but I was finally able to cancel service through the website and pay for 6 months of service that was never provided as well as the container pickup fee etc. Then, I get another bill letting me know I was going to collections, so I call the number on the bill they tell me everything is waived and I'm... read more
Great service! My trash is always picked up on time and can put back where it should be. The driver is very reliable and knowledgeable about their job. No complaints at all!
Our trash man Jerry is amazing, he even leaves Christmas cards for us every year, but the company as a whole is lacking in customer service. It is incredibly hard to get a hold of an actual person.
Best trash service company I’ve ever had with the best service and prices.
