Very awesome and kind people and always on time
They are very reliable. My only complaint is on a holiday week, I would like to receive a text stating service is delayed a day.
I’m not sure what has happened with this company, but it has definitely gone downhill in previous years. Anytime there’s an issue I will call 2 to 4 different times and all the people will say something different and will not follow through. I have confirmed conversations where they did the opposite. They overdrew my bank account. They will not close my trash account. It was over three years before they fixed their broken trashcan. There always on time
I am extremely dissatisfied with WM. I have been using them for 5 years and have not had any issues up until Jan of this year. My trash did not get picked up for over a month because of weather, i understood that but they wouldn’t stop my service charges for the month I didn’t get serviced. This summer my trash has not been getting picked up. I have been on the phone with different people and they keep telling me “it’ll be done tomorrow by end of day” - guess what!
