Tim the route manager won't give me a callback and continues to refuse service. Instead of working together to find a solution, I've engaged in a beyond irritating passive aggressive campaign with no accountability. Im severely disappointed as a customer for nearly a decade with this complete failure in basic customer service.
Waste pickup service is more expensive than Rumpke.
