Terrible service, surprise fees and next to impossible to cancel. Transfered around departments for an hour, multiple times the line just disconnects while on hold... I could go on and on but you get the point!
They charged me an extra $5 because my lid was opened maybe 2 inches. This company is a scam. Will definitely be swapping to a different company.
No phone number to call and set up service, cancel service, transfer service to a new owner same address etc. website takes too long to navigate
Go with Rumpke. WM started charging $5 if your lid is slightly raise. SCAM
