Happy with WM services and professionalism of their team.
Customer service was an absolute joke. All I called for was a simple courtesy pickup, and instead of helping, the lady had a major attitude. We’ve had the four bins since we bought the house, yet she decided to make it a problem out of nowhere. It’s like she was just looking for something to complain about. Maybe she had a rough weekend, but that’s no excuse for taking it out on customers. If this is how they treat people, they need better training or a serious attitude adjustment.
