It is always a problem. We go for a few months and then we have a problem. Why can't things be picked up as it should be, with no problems. I pay my bill in advance. Why.

We moved into a new home, the week before we were unsure if there were trash cans on site. We explained that and were told if they're are cans already there, call us and we will pick them up. We tried calling over and over to have them picked up. 3 months later they picked them up. The kicker is i now have a bill for $161! I never had trash in the bins and they never were put out for trash pick up. It was a Nightmare getting the right department to talk about the charges and still NOTHING WAS DONE! I have no complaints against garbage pickup those people do a great job. But as far as getting hold of anyone to cancel service, restart service its not happening ya call the CDA office all ya get is a recording if ya even get that. Whats happened to talking to a live person?? That's my complaint!!!
