My driver who picks up is ALWAYS happy and goes out of her way to make sure I get my forgotten trash picked up. She represents Waste Management perfectly.
Worst customer service. Unable to get through to anyone to talk to. When contacting by email, it takes days for a response from each email. The only thing good to say is the about Waste Management is their drivers do a great job.
