These folks are unresponsive
We went two weeks without pick up, due to inclement weather. However; streets very close to us got their trash picked up a day later. Upon contacting WM and yo when we would have our trash picked up, we were lied to 3 separate times, that our trash would be picked up the following day. Three times, we the customer was lied to. That's unacceptable and we have cancelled our subscription. Do better WM, as you have lost a longtime customer.
Service is generally good but I take issue with the automatic price increase every year. My property is the same size and I have fewer tenants yet you increase my price every year citing rising costs. We all have rising costs, and a good company would give longtime customers a break. I am currently exploring other companies who would be more competitive and would value long term customers more than you do.
