Go through literally any other service. Worst trash company ever.
Not easy to work with at all. Definitely going to be talking to my neighbors as well
Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if possible. Constantly having issues with my billing and services. customer service representatives are very rude and raise their phones when asking questions about bill. Updating my review. I had someone else from GFL reach out and go over line for line charges and payments as they didn't match up on my end of the side. She also offered a solution and to look into my call. If I could give no stars, I would. Every week our bins are tipped over, bent and/or thrown into the middle of our driveway/alley recklessly, and without respect to the bins. This also happens to several of the neighbors around us, to the point where people are now switching services. And pickup is never consistent. Some weeks we have been missed completely or the items in our bins don’t get emptied all the way.
