I haven't had problems with missed pickups like some of the other people who have left reviews but the price has literally gone up every quarter for the last year and change. I have the smallest trash bin possible plus recycling and the bill I just got for the upcoming quarter is $94.97 (so about $32/mo). Give me a flipping break... I got a quote from waste management for about $17/mo so I'm switching to them.
THE WORST GARBAGE SERVICE EVER!!!! I canceled my service the day I paid my quarterly bill of $90.85. It is March 5th and no refund. I called GFL and was told I had to request a refund. OK I think that's totally unacceptable in the age of computerized billing. I was told 4-6 was for a refund. Never again GFL you suck!
If I could give zero stars, I would. They have failed to pick up my trash twice in 3 weeks. They crush the cans and leave them in the street. The jack up their prices all the time. The hold time is stupid long. I really miss boxx
They were not picking up my garbage when they where supposed to. It happened often until I told them I will cancel service if it keeps happening. It was good for a little while now they are doing it again.
They suck they are lazy and don't want to do the work
