THE WORST GARBAGE SERVICE EVER!!!! I canceled my service the day I paid my quarterly bill of $90.85. It is March 5th and no refund. I called GFL and was told I had to request a refund. OK I think that's totally unacceptable in the age of computerized billing. I was told 4-6 was for a refund. Never again GFL you suck!
If I could give zero stars, I would. They have failed to pick up my trash twice in 3 weeks. They crush the cans and leave them in the street. The jack up their prices all the time. The hold time is stupid long. I really miss boxx
They were not picking up my garbage when they where supposed to. It happened often until I told them I will cancel service if it keeps happening. It was good for a little while now they are doing it again.
They suck they are lazy and don't want to do the work
I Rented a place temporarily in Chippewa. I think it was a total of two months. I've paid the bill twice. Twice!! They billed me again and threaten to sign me to collection. So I just paid it again. Now I been sent to collection a second time and it's for my mailing address property!!!! I received trash through the city.I have never received service at my property up north from this company.But they are billing me for it and sending me to collection for it!!
