Absolute garbage of a company, just like what they collect. We pay 400+ dollars a month at our campground for garbage and they decided to skip our business during our peak season on a Friday. They responded with “yea we are closing for the day, there’s nothing we can do.” Worthless.
If you want your yard totally trashed and your cans thrown in the road they are perfect for you! Most careless people I’ve ever seen
My experience with GFL has been the worst I have ever dealt with. Be extremely careful before signing a contract with this company. Read every detail, especially the terms related to contract length automatic renewals, and cancellation policies. Make sure you fully understand what you are agreeing to before you sign.
We have never had any issues sincere switching to them in 2023. Yesterday I was coming home and was driving behind a GFL truck, and realized they passed my property- I also realized the bins had not been rolled down.!! I quickly called their main line as I pulled into the driveway, and I told a rep. What happened (the hubs forgot to bring them out!) she was kind and told me she would contact the driver and see if he could loop back. Within the hour he did!
