My residence is on Ferndale Drive in the Mink Shoals area. (25302) My waste as well as every other residence on a side street in my area is still waiting to have their waste picked up. Keep in mind this was supposed to be the 1st pick up after a major holiday (July 4th) & you guys have dropped the ball tremendously. I even paid ahead of time for a special pick up scheduled for Friday 07/09/2021 & that never happened. So now I have more bags than cans.
