The review says, It says your review helps other customers choose W.W. First it is mandatory to use waste management. Very Poor Management. We had renters that had service in their name. They did not pay their bill for over 3 years. They moved out and WM sent us a 3 year bill. Asked WM why they did not do anything to collect from them. They had no real reason and said it was easier to get it from owners of property. What BS. Also try canceling your service. It is an act of congress.
