Driver poked a hole in my garbage can, impaling the can. He shook it around in the air for 10 seconds resulting in a large crack as well. I put in a repair request on their website and the can was scheduled to be repaired the next week. No repair the next week. I called the local office and they said repairs need to be arranged locally in contradiction to the website info. Now I need to wait another week at best. Poor systems management at WM.
They don't leave a mess behind, and they do show up.
Very good local service. Mostly good website features except for the lack of a contact link or even a local phone number--had to do an external search for it. On the plus side, the phone call was answered by a real human (!) who was very courteous and provided the info I needed.
