I’ve already explained multiple times via your survey, but poor service, raised prices hidden fees, destroyed their own trash cans and difficult to replace, leaving birds and animals access to spread trash because of lids being broken off from their own drivers. They only pick up recycling every other week. They took away our local dump only leaving access to purchase a large container to clear out houses or back yard large items. Anything they can do to overcharge using a monopoly to their advantage.
They are doing a great job
I do not really have any complaints. service is good, but would like to know if it is possible to have my two garbage cans cleaned or replaced by clean ones. They are pretty bad. TY
