Good luck getting to real human. NOTHING but automated machine that does NOT have an option that I need and when asked to speak to representative it hangs up .
Increase pricing by disguising it as service adders and fuel adders. My costs have gone up significantly over the last few years. Maybe I should join my neighbors and switch providers.
Constant reminders of “Request for assistance” by email that are just a reminder to review their service. I don’t even get to choose my waste removal service.
