DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. I have a commercial dumpster with them for my business in Eagan and they are TERRIBLE! Many missed pick ups, very rude truck drivers, prices continue to go up and worst of they literally make as hard as they can for you to end your contract with them. Worst experience ever and you can get better prices from basically all of their competitors. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM unless you are a very large company you will regret it!
I have a lot of options in my area for trash and was going to switch to a more cost effective option but WM made me change my mind. They showed they valued me as a customer.
