Calling for pricing is useless, sending you to their website. I thought reviews stating minimum charge of $350+ couldn’t be accurate. Truck with 6’ bed 3/4 full of miscellaneous garbage, no beds, appliances or extra charge type of waste. Sure enough I was told $365. Left for a place on the south side of Lakeville (closer to home) and saved $325.
Waste Management was supposed to pick up my old trash container and give me a new one. Pretty simple job. Instead, they took both the trash and the recycling containers, and when I called to ask them why they had done that, they said they didn’t know and they refused to drop off new ones! Get that: they not only refused to drop off a new recycling container (for the one that they had errantly taken), but they also refused to drop off the new trash container for the one that was on the original service ticket!
