This trash company is the worsttttt! They literally DID NOT come to take our trash but took our recycling for THREE consecutive weeks! Didn’t even gave us a reason and went straight to saying that if we don’t like their service we should just leave, damn right I’m leaving. Very disappointing
Awful service when you try to call. They need to fix their IVR, it's deplorable. Was considering setting up service with them but it took three calls yesterday to get ahold of a person to ask questions of and after four attempts today, I can't even get through to a person. Clearly they do not want or need new customers with the way they have things set up. Honestly, after scrolling through the reviews, good riddance! I only wish my city gave me more options. Let freedom ring, I guess.
Trash is picked up on a regular basis however, yard waste is rarely picked up on the day it is scheduled for and only once every two weeks.
