Disgusting service the way theyve treated my mother. Shes a widow and needs large trash picked up and theyve wasted her time and my time for three months. They have not picked up the trash on the scheduled day for 3 months in a row now, missing multiple scheduled dates and in having to drag heavy furniture back and forth.
DO NOT CHOOSE WM! They will never ever pick up your garbage. We live on a main road and they would consistently miss me and my neighbors garbage. We had them from August- March and they started ignoring our calls when we would have to call to make sure they picked up our garbage! It would take them 3-5 days to pick it up after I would call multiple times. Please save yourself the stress. I can’t say enough horrible things about them.

To cancel the service, however, you need to speak on a phone with a person after being put on hold multiple times and spending literal 43 minutes there. After that they want to charge me $75 for containers removal + tax + energy surcharge $100 in total.
Garbage was not picked up on Wednesday, even though recycling was picked up and the other side of the street was serviced. I called Waste Management and was first told our garbage tote “wasn’t out,” which is completely false. We have cameras clearly showing it was out on time. After pushing back, the rep changed the story and said the driver didn’t show up due to weather. I was told the issue would be escalated and that garbage would be picked up nothing happened Thursday. They suck!!! 2 weeks didn't pick up my recycling they never take it. They always knock over the cans, lazy garbage men can't even pick it back up.
