I have lived at my address for over 12 years and I have had to call every month to have recycling picked up. Again this week it was not picked up and automated service said it was.I have tried to stop having it picked up but I would continue to be charged . Im paying for it and I have to call .Also some of the people that answer are in other states and they don't know we pay for it to be picked up.They only see one fee for garbage.. should be given that info since they never believe me

They are ridiculously overpriced & not competitive at all with other companies providing better service. When I informed them of this they said ok we will just charge you 5$ more than the company you’re thinking of switching to. When I told them I thought it was terrible that they are price gouging their customers. They said that I should’ve called them earlier to inform them that they were charging me too much. Almost always reliable. How ever, there was no pick up for 2 weeks end of January and early February. I called Waste Management and a courteous and helpful woman said that the truck driver had indicated pick ups. This hadn't happened. She sent out a truck the very next day, and this week the tote has been emptied.
