Pick up is timely
They are usually around same time and do good job
At the beginning of the year my quarterly fee jumped. I called them up and explained that they had given me a discount before and then took it away. I asked about this and explained that my Wife and I are both retired and on a FIXED income. With this information they graceously lowered the fee. I have had this fee for the last 2 quarters. I hope they continue billing me for the lower fee. It really helps.
