Didn’t pick up when we’re notified of pickup date
Tried to pause service online but made me call. Found out that service had to be stopped on a Saturday and started again on a Sunday. It would be good if you would note that on the web site. It would save time trying to get a live body.
We would not recommend them to anyone. There have been inconsistencies in their billing process. We share a dumpster with 3 neighbors and our last billing (which was lined up in a tediously long process) was different than our neighbors, ours was raised $8 plus close to $9 more than our neighbors who equally share. To cancel the service contract is very difficult, as there is a time window or else penalty. They seem to increase rates regularly. Our dumpster in falling apart, in bad shape. 5115 Willow Oaks Cir.
