Almost always reliable. How ever, there was no pick up for 2 weeks end of January and early February. I called Waste Management and a courteous and helpful woman said that the truck driver had indicated pick ups. This hadn't happened. She sent out a truck the very next day, and this week the tote has been emptied.

I need to switch over to a different trash collection company. Waste management was good for like the first two months, Since then, I’ve had to deal with my trash, not being picked up, but yet it still being charged for the amount. I try to reach out to customer service and it’s an automated phone call, I tried to reach out on the app and it’s an AI assistant and whenever I want to speak to a real human, it takes 15 minutes or more. The garbage pickup is great. But I’ve been trying to call WM to hopefully get a discount on my bill, and can’t get past the automated service. Somebody needs to help in person to allow a discount. Very very frustrating. Somebody needs to answer customer calls. Poor customer service.
