Since the men picking up the trash don’t care, I don’t care. I have a family of 6. I rent my house. I cannot, myself, ask for a second trash can. I have asked the rental company to ask the city of Lawrenceville to give me another trash can. Tho there has been time between me asking and receiving one, you cannot use your discretion to leave a letter on my trash can and not pick my trash up. Extremely disappointed with WM’s service. Getting anyone on the phone to resolve an issue is nearly impossible, and when you finally reach someone, there’s no accountability—just notes that lead nowhere.

My pricing has gotten out of control. It was $84.54 on 2/10/23 and is now 132.54. That means in two years its gone up 61% or 51 dollars in two years! It won't be long before you see my business go elsewhere.
