They have been terrible and inconsistent since the day we got them. Sometimes they miss collections. We requested a replacement can because ours was busted up, and they left the old and won't take it. When we went to do a special pick up for like a couple boxes and a folding table and it showed the cost being $0 and as soon as we hit enter it changed to $90. I have no good to say about WM.
