They are a very efficient and considerate company. If you have a question and call the company you get to talk to a real person, not a machine. They can answer your questions or take care of any problems that you might have immediately!
Generally very good service but exceptionally miss to empty a bin. Our Recyclables bin (blue) needs replacement - it has two vertical cracks, one substantial, from long term repeated squeezing.
Easy to contact and set appointment for large garbage collection, good instructions, and picked up before 1pm. Excellent.
