Very difficult to get a hold of, didn't understand the problem, lost connection while I was explaining again that we were moving (again). I still don't think they know.
Garbage & recycling get pick up pretty timely on our regular day but yard waste pickup has been off…by a lot lately. One week, I put in an online notice of no yard waste pickup up, & it was not picked up at all. Had to put it out the next week on our regular pickup day. Next time did an evening online notice of no pickup. It was picked up by evening on the next day. Very inconvenient.
They are a very efficient and considerate company. If you have a question and call the company you get to talk to a real person, not a machine. They can answer your questions or take care of any problems that you might have immediately!
