I want to give Avery high 5 to the guys that picked up my trash at 2005 E Pontiac Way Fresno CA 93726 thay went above and beyond there usual service today. I had a tenant move out in the night and left trash every where I picked up as much as I could but it was over flowing.The guys spilled a lot when the bin went up the truck and they picked up every bit plus I had extra stuff on the side and the guys took every thing and cleaned up very nice I thank you so very much it's my birthday and I wasn't looking forward to cleaning... read more

Waste Management is awesome I like the service. They don't ignore your request and the bins get picked up in a timely manner. They also send out notifications for holiday pick up schedules. Simple and to the point they provide good quality services... I have not one complaint yet. Waste management provides timely and advance pickup for holiday schedules. They have not missed one pick up since I started conducting business with Waste Management....

Very poor customer service and no way to talk to a person. Web site is inadequate and useless. Once I found the local WM phone # on the City of Clovis or Fresno county website, the was very nice and professional and took care of the problem. I wish I had another option for trash pick up. I have been with WM since 1993 they were never like this in the past.
