They were helpful I had the same problem (I thought) as Tanya, but I called and they actually sent a manager out to show me what the problem with too many bags was. I thought that was great cust. svc and I have not had any issues since then. I also love their clean burning natural gas trucks too as I am concerned about air quality and CO2 in our community. Jon
They're OK We used to have waste Management, but last year started having problems with them not picking up all of our trash. we would have to call every week to have them come back out and finish the job. When we call, they would give excuses like the cans or bags were over the weight limit. I know they weren't (I actually took my scale out one morning and weighed them!) We would also have some instances where we would have 10 bags out(the limit) and they would only take 3 or 4, and when we called they would say we had more... read more
