Thank you for removing my trash for a decent price and timely! I apologize if my trash pile seems too high at times, thank you for still collecting it, and I’ll try to do better with that!
I had checked for a delayed pick up day because of a holiday. I confirmed that the pick up day would change. Low-and-behold, the truck was out in front at the usual time, i.e., no delay! I emailed WM. They kindly picked up the garbage, later, as a complimentary gesture. I was impressed!
Poor billing system. Charges were outrageous for not ever receiving a bill. Wish the city would use someone else. Charged for services that are supposed to be free.
Unfortunately, my experience with WM has not met expectations. Communication is poor, there’s no direct phone number for urgent issues, and billing lacks clarity. I expected better service from a company this size. I hope they improve customer access and transparency.
