The residential pickup service is pretty good. However, I would have to give WM ONE star for customer service. It is nearly impossible to reach an agent by telephone to report a problem or missed pickup. Their system is automated and it’s hard to get a person to speak to, and I have been disconnected many times while sitting on hold . It’s extremely frustrating and their system needs updating.
Great service, drivers are always real nice. If they spill something they always pick it up.
