The residential pickup service is pretty good. However, I would have to give WM ONE star for customer service. It is nearly impossible to reach an agent by telephone to report a problem or missed pickup. Their system is automated and it’s hard to get a person to speak to, and I have been disconnected many times while sitting on hold . It’s extremely frustrating and their system needs updating.
Great service, drivers are always real nice. If they spill something they always pick it up.
Regular pick up is Monday’s and Thursday’s. Well they didn’t pick up Thursday. Hopefully y’all will pick up tomorrow.
If they miss a pick up you will be billed anyway and they will show you a pickup at another location to verify their pickup. Impossible to contact a human being for resolution.
