I want to commend Waste Management for consistently delivering on their promises. The services we pay for are reliably provided, and their performance has been excellent. I sincerely hope this level of service continues. Additionally, I kindly ask that you consider maintaining the current fee structure, at least for the time being. Thank you for your continued dedication.
The trash, recycling and brush pickup is very timely. But when holidays come around we never know that the alternative dates will occur. Itcwould be nice to have somexadgance communication. We have been overlooked several times for small items pickup. And when I scheduled a dishwasher pickup, it was not picked up even though I had it out a day ahead and left it there a day after. I had to haul it off myself.
