Prices have gone up way too high
I have asked for a new trash can as the one Icurrently have is spli down the middle. I have asked but no response.
Went on line to order bulk pickup of three kitchen appliances which was scheduled for Thursday only to find out that someone from WM canceled my pickup. I then called and asked why and the lady stated they would be picked up on Saturday. Saturday came and the appliances were still never picked up. So I disposed of it myself. Poor customer service. Period
When I put yard waste out it never gets picked up. I have had to call and complain each time. I swear the last time they did it on purpose because I was standing in the front yard and watched them drive by as I was pointing to my trash and voicing my opinion loudly. This was after they missed pick up the week before and I complained. I should get compensation due to lack of service but I’m sure that will never happen. Is it so hard to do the job you were hired to do?
