The drver damaged by truck and a rental car with debris flying out of the garbage can and theie office doesn't want to do anything about it simply because the videos are so bad that they don't show anything. Waste Management needs to make it right and pay for damages. It's a shame a multimillion $ company doesn't want to do what's right. Damage wasn't thier prior to the trash being empty and it was there immediately after.
Went to the physical office to get clarification on an item pickup process. The lady at the desk was fantastic. She answered my questions efficiently and offered additional information about other choices. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Thank you!
