If you are elderly and require careful, considerate client service, avoid these people at all cost! My aunt (91) and my mom (86) have 'service' from these people. As far as I know they, they have been very good about paying their bills. They last received a bill in September 2019, which they paid promptly -- I know because I help them make out their checks. they might be a decent company and provide a good service, but a 15% fuel surcharge is a rip off..
