I'm not impressed at all. Numerous times, they miss pick-ups they say have been completed. I have had issues with them not doing pickups unrelated to weather. It is hard to get them to credit non pickups. They will leave property not how they found it (ie, don't close gates, and have let pets out in the past. I literally paid $2000 to build a separate enclosure and gate system because it was so bad at one point.). They also charge an arm and a leg for mediocre at best service. Excellent and timely service. Drivers show both friendliness and professionalism.
North side condo association have been a customer for almost 3yrs now and there have been no issues with WM company. Their customer service is good but still could be better! Khan / General Manager! Thank you WM for your honest service!
I attempted to file a claim for the damage to our trash room doors, the delay from WM to address this matter past the expiration date of the claim parameters closing the claim due to the extended length of time.
