Excellent and timely service. Drivers show both friendliness and professionalism.
North side condo association have been a customer for almost 3yrs now and there have been no issues with WM company. Their customer service is good but still could be better! Khan / General Manager! Thank you WM for your honest service!
I attempted to file a claim for the damage to our trash room doors, the delay from WM to address this matter past the expiration date of the claim parameters closing the claim due to the extended length of time.
You are doing much better with new driver. Would like to keep him.
