Update- Well I have found that my bill keeps slowing going up. When looking into the charges their web states that gas prices can be a factor. As a customer I find that to be a bit silly. My bill has gone up about $20 a month since I signed up with them. I doubt it’s gonna go down either. I recently moved to a new home and had to get my trash pickup myself. Very unprofessional and just to let people know you may want to call them and make sure you don't have multiple accounts in your name! That's what they do to you, they don't put it under a social security number so it's stated under one account. So y'all might have multiple accounts out there being charged under your name. So please be careful fraudulent actions are being taken on by this business. They need to be investigated!!!!! Highly!
