I was a loyal 20 year plus customer. My rate started at $120 per month these kept going up finally hitting $400 per month. I got a better rate with your another service provider. .
Lately my trash pic up has been substandard. After emptying trash, lots of trash is left behind. Trash and recycle containers are left laying down instead of up. Trash and recycle trucks are not paying attention and go to fast.
