Good service overall. I am only giving 3 stars because I wish they would also offer pickup for recycling items like boxes. We have to spend a lot of time going to the dump to get rid of the boxes.
Sanford has been a great service. I appreciate there timely disposal and service
I like WM a lot! One thing however is somewhat recently they have implement a steep and strict overcharge policy if even a small amount of the lid is open say by an unbroken down box. I wish there was a way to mediate this besides increasing frequently or dumpster size. Other than this-WM is great!
