Absolutely terrible experience with Waste Management. They voided their own contract terms and then tried to charge us when we decided to cancel services. On top of that, they repeatedly increased charges and overbilled us without any notice or explanation. To make matters worse, they removed our account from autopay without warning, creating additional billing issues that we then had to spend time sorting out ourselves.
