I am beyond frustrated with Waste Management. After moving houses, we canceled our service in September, but they continued charging us, and even started billing us for TWO houses in October. On top of that, we brought our old trash can with us, yet they still charged us for a new one that we never got. Have not had a single problem with their service, I’m at work when they come. Can is empty and in the same spot I left it.
Cancelled my service months ago, can’t get anyone on the phone AT ALL! The chat tells you to call to resolve my issues, the website/account won’t let me take my card information off & they keep trying to bill me or I should say autopay for a service I NO LONGER RECEIVE! 0/10! I have now tried for over 4 months to get ahold of someone at this company, nothing, absolutely unable to reach anyone that is human! I have tried every avenue and to no avail. This is absurd!
