Edit again because this company is pure trash; Here we are two days to 2026 and we are being charged again LMAO. I have emails saying our service is cancelled and that the ‘pickup fee’ was dismissed. They charge you for “energy” if you try to cancel. They took our mailbox out one time, have left it in the middle of the cul-de-sac and usually leave it in the middle of the driveway all because they only have trucks with the claw and don’t get out of the truck. It’s Sunday after Christmas and they never picked up our trash. We are tired of them and are canceling. Should have when they picked our mailbox out of the ground.
Would give even less stars if possible. They charge you a fee to drop off their own trash can( you can't have your own or pick theirs up) as well as charge you 75$ to pick it up if you cancel( you can not drop it off for them). They tell you its one price per month but they don't tell you they charge you for the gas on their trucks so the monthly fee always changes. Tonya with customer service was very kind and quick to help me with my concern.
This company will charge you more and more every single month just like Spectrum does. And when you cancel you're surprised woth a $75 removal fee. Maybe it's intended as a pun that this trash company is actual garbage at their job?? The drivers are lazy and disrespectful. They take things out of my trashcan and leave it on the ground and this last time at pick up they broke the lid right off and didn't notify anyone or let me know.
