I have no idea how this company management their invoices. They charge en charge and over charge even when you don't have their service. I call pay the bills like 3 times after i stopped the service with them - 5 starts
I have been a customer of WM for 38 years and they have been consistently friendly and helpful. The best garbage service in this area.
Never had an issue with garbage pickups, they always do great! definitely an under appreciated service, thank you!
WM provided service to our home for about 4 years. When I signed up , the cost was $36 dollars and some change. With no annual renewal. Then all the sudden the price hiked north of $60 dollars. So I did what anybody would do, I called. I was told that the economy was doing better and that was the only explanation I got. So I paid the $180 dollar termination fee and hired a new service. service is great, but price increases every year. $65 a month for 1 trash can is crazy.
