i been customer for last 10 years and lately in 3 months WM didn't pickup my trash twice and i called them last friday after they didn't pickup my trash and since they are saying we will pickup today or not later than monday afternoon now every time i'm calling them they are saying same thing my be all supervisors or managers are not capable getting work done from employees or there service is so poor i will say.If this is not through county i had cancelled my account already.I called six times and their answer is same we wi... read more

Trash man took the trash can and did not inform us with what was going on or when we would get a new can. After calling still got no answers, got on a internet chat with Waste Management and the can fell into the truck will be 5 to 7 days before a new can will be delivered with nowhere to put my trash. they suggested to put the trash in bags and place them in the yard.
