After an hour of waiting and three transferred calls from people who could’ve resolved my issue, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray Mckitchen. He shared that he’s been working for WM for nearly a decade. BEST SERVICE I’ve ever gotten from WM. Incredibly polite, apologetic for the wait, understanding and reasonable with his solution, and genuinely listened to my concerns. this place is legit. VERY HAPPY
I do not use them at this address, but do have them at our Roanoke location and Vinton. It is impossible to talk to a human. I have been trying for 2 days at different times, I have used there call back service 3 times. It is beyond frustrating. I tried calling local number but the same frustration. This is why these companies lose money they think it is a good idea to take the human factor out.
