Never had an issues until this morning. I have a bin I fill with cardboard (we are a large family so we use an extra bin for cardboard), labeled on all sides and says cardboard, do not trash. I’ve been using this for months with no issues, this morning the whole bin is gone. I also leave goodies/snacks/water for the workers when I can (I like to show kindness) but this morning my snack container was also discarded with the trash.
WORST COMPANY TO USE FOR WASTE. CALL SOMEONE ELSE. SOON AS MY CONTRACTS UP IM GOIN WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. WE HAVE TO CALL ALL THE TIME FOR MISSED PICK UPS. RIDICULOUS. SOMETIMES THEY EVEN SAY THEY PICK UP AND DONT.

After an hour of waiting and three transferred calls from people who could’ve resolved my issue, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray Mckitchen. He shared that he’s been working for WM for nearly a decade. BEST SERVICE I’ve ever gotten from WM. Incredibly polite, apologetic for the wait, understanding and reasonable with his solution, and genuinely listened to my concerns.
