This service is the absolute worst. They will suspend your account for no reason and they will also not let you know via email or mobile that this happened. They will make up some random excuse that they left you a voicemail, and the quality of that customer interaction really sucks in the value you are paying for. For two weeks they have skipped our trash and recycling without saying anything or a reason why. Our area does not have any dumpsters or recycling facilities where we can do this ourselves if this service decide... read more
Waste Management will no longer pick up my trash because of a "change in their policy". I am disabled. When I called last week after a missed pickup, the supervisor told me they would try to again accommodate my needs, and she said she would personally call me back when she found out if it was possible. She never called back.
