WARNING. Do not book. I tried to cancel their roll off dumpster service and they forwarded me to 20 different agents and and hung up on me 4 times. It took me over 2 hours to cancel.
Two times now I've been outside when our trash guy made excuses why he didn't dump our trash. I was standing in the yard when I stopped him. He said he did and I said no sir you didn't he said he will get it next time. It may of been too heavy. He didn't even try he just drove up looked and drove off. It only had three trash bags in for it was light not heavy. Now I'm loading up my trash bag and driving to city dump because our trash guys gets to be selective. Sad excuse. He used to be dependable but now he's not.
Did not emptied my trash bin call toll number to report they stated my bin was not out which is not true customer service was rude also for what they charge they should have a better system and be honest
No trash service for two and no refunds will be giving. Should change your name to waste no management. Not to mention your very unhelpful rude employees. Looking at new options. For a company that actually will do there job.
