Great service!
WM skips my garbage all the time. We get 2 pickups a week (Tues & Fri). This week they skipped Tuesday's pickup for no reason, and skipping one of my pickups has become the norm. My garbage is always at the curb but they just don't/won't pick it up. You can't call WM'S Jackson office to make a compaint because NO ONE answers the phone. WM has the worst customer service ever.
