It’s disappointing that the little minivan driven by the mail lady has delivered the mail the last two days, and FedEx has delivered packages the last 2 days, but that big heavy duty trash truck can’t pick up the garbage?!
We literally just watched WM pull up to our dumpster and sat there. They never emptied the dumpster, they just left. Next time they will charge us extra for our dumpster being too full. It a pretty smart scam they are running.
They are extremely reliable and always send out holiday pickup schedule a week before so you know when to put out trash cans. Our driver is fantastic. He even setup a new trash can delivery when ours got to the end of its life. On the odd time a pick up was missed they came the next day and picked up the trash.
My trash is picked up on time every week without exceptions and it's cheaper than what I was paying my other trash man I had for years.
Customer service rep kept hanging up in my face.
