Was told that my bill would be $30 a month. It was that fir the first couple of months, then it jumped to $40. I was charged for service even though my account was suspended. Reached out about this and I was told the fee would be removed. It never was removed. So I chose to go with a different company. My new service is all about customer service, unlike waste management.
Waste Management is prompt on communication of pickup and delays. Interaction I've had with Customer Support has always been professional and understanding.
We had extra trash for a few weeks so they raised my bill. Now I can not get ahold of anyone to get it lowered back down. I have tried to call and on-line and left online message NOTHING BACK.
Signed up for trash a little over a month ago and have been charged 41.00 for the month of December and you still haven’t picked up my trash. I have 10 trash bags sitting outside my already full trash can with more coming cause Tuesday is our trash pick up and today is Tuesday and it still hasn’t been picked up I’d leave a zero star review but I can’t post it with out at least one star selected.
