Just started with this company a month ago. Today they missed a pickup of my recycle, but picked up the trash. When I called to report it, says they picked it up but they didn’t. Can’t get ahold to the office at 4pm because nobody is in the office. VM says open till 4:30. Mailbox is full so I couldn’t leave a message. Haven’t been able to log into my online account because it was never synched by the office. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET HUMAN ASSISTANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
