Took over Advanced Disposal, sent me a letter saying the new day would be Monday, never came, been calling and calling to see why? After 3 days, was told we don't have an account there and they dont service my area. Very rude, when trying to get answers from them. Now getting the run around on how to get Advanced Disposal garbage cans back, since we switched our services.

The WM hauler picked up my waste 2 1/2 hours early without any notice. The hauler stopped the truck and explained why. The hauler was very professional and explained the route pickup had changed. My neighbor and I were upset no notice had been provided. Not real happy!

This company took over for advanced disposal. When cancel services. Want more money than agreed to and won't answer phone calls, just have out of state number call and harass. Yet send bill for more money when already paid in full. It is a scam. Completely unprofessional.

Their garbage truck took our garbage can, and won’t deliver another one for another week. We still get to pay for the service…even though they took the can and we have to let our garbage pile up for two weeks. They driver knew he took it, I saw him back up afterwards to look at our address, but we still had to call in to get a new one. They hung up on me the first time I called…just overall terrible service. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems. I’d look elsewhere for other services in the area.
