Waste Management charges a $75 removal dumpster fee. When you cancel their services then they charge tax and fees on top of that... It says it was in the contract but I never signed a contract. Will never use there services for anything again.
If you have another option, I strongly encourage you to NOT use this company. They have no customer service - only online chat support that times you out after you have waited 1 hour in the queue And, they will charge you to discontinue service with them!
Honestly, when I had an account I thought the service was great. Every month the cost kept going up and up. I decided to go with another company that was cheaper. WM is always sending me a bill for the can being picked up. They told me $30 to pick it up. Then I was told it is really $40 due to tax and fees. I put out the can 3 weeks in a row..it took that long for WM to get it. Now WM keeps billing me an extra $16.00 per month for not paying that ridiculous amount for pickup.
