I couldn’t possibly rate my experience with Fairmont Waste Management (WM) any lower when it comes to our investment property. Worked with a sales person when signing a lease who assured us that WM doesn’t tack on extra fees. Promised us that he’d get them all waived if we ever saw any. Monthly bill is supposed to be around $600 and we’re on the 4th month in a row of $2,200+ or more. If a tenant leaves an empty box on top of the dumpster, $1,000 fee.
