Honestly, when I had an account I thought the service was great. Every month the cost kept going up and up. I decided to go with another company that was cheaper. WM is always sending me a bill for the can being picked up. They told me $30 to pick it up. Then I was told it is really $40 due to tax and fees. I put out the can 3 weeks in a row..it took that long for WM to get it. Now WM keeps billing me an extra $16.00 per month for not paying that ridiculous amount for pickup. easy to pay bill and easy scheduling or changing of pick up date and skipping if you need to.
I cancelled my service with WM and moved it to CM - great company to work with. WM - cancelled my service, spoke to a lady, everything was good. She told me they would come pickup the container. Great. Now - I have been sent $119 bill for them to PICKUP a container. It's a medium size one. This is the first hardcopy bill I have received from them, and have reviewed my e-mails and I did not receive a copy of this invoice by e-mail, and they have now added Finance charge and late fees.
