We have your service in 2 locations, and the service levels are noticeably different between locations. Our service in Sioux Falls is outstanding and 5 stars. Only wish is that recycling was a weekly schedule. Our Okoboji service is mediocre at best. If containers are not exactly on curb, they are ignored and left. Also, any residual waste that falls out during dumping is not picked up. And there are times when container is not upright after pick-up.
