I cancelled my service with WM and moved it to CM - great company to work with. WM - cancelled my service, spoke to a lady, everything was good. She told me they would come pickup the container. Great. Now - I have been sent $119 bill for them to PICKUP a container. It's a medium size one. This is the first hardcopy bill I have received from them, and have reviewed my e-mails and I did not receive a copy of this invoice by e-mail, and they have now added Finance charge and late fees. Untill a few weeks ago I would say the service really is pretty good. But for some reason lately, they're leaving garbage inside my can and not fully emptying mt garbage can when it's pickup time. Not sure why they take everything in the can but leave a bag. And it has happened on more than one occasion.
I got an invitation to review WM in Minnesota. I don't live in Minnesota and never have. I can only assume that they must not be great if they're sending survey requests to people outside of the states they service. 🤷♀️
