This place sucks!!! There was a really rude person in the front booth, yelling and talking down to us. And the other attendees at the back kept jamming trucks right in front of us and behind we couldn't back into a spot. I will never return!
Bought a bagster, filled it, scheduled and PAID for pickup. They denied to pick it up because it was full and made me pay half the fee anyway. I highly suggest not working with them in this way. Got to any other junk removal service. Huge rip off and scam. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The place is a rip off. Major racket. $53 to kick a dishwasher out of the back of the truck. Now we all know why we see couches and things on the side of the road. Disposing waste is for wealthy people.
Have consistently had great experience with these folks — they’re the ones with whom I want to talk trash.
Terrible service, terrible customer service. Use them if you want your trash on the ground instead of in the truck. If the lid is lightly cracked, they will get out, put a sticker on it, and move on instead of just grabbing it. Customer service is non-existent.
