I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around how a company can operate with such terrible customer service. I had a pickup scheduled for Monday the 21st and they claimed that "nobody was here and the numbers we called couldn't reach anyone". Well no wonder because the driver showed up AFTER OUR BUSINESS HOURS. The attempts to reach an actual human being for this issue has been incredibly frustrating. Our trash has not been picked up on its scheduled day for the last two weeks. This week it was not picked up at all. The first excuse given was they were short of drivers. When they missed picking up the following day, they claimed that our can was not out when the driver came by. This is a bald-faced lie as our can has been out since Monday 8pm for a Tuesday pickup and has never been moved. We have missed our scheduled pickup at least twice per month over the last 4 months.
