I sent a certified letter in the mail 3 months prior to my contract ending to avoid a $300 fee as instructed by Waste management’s online service center and was still charged the $300 fee. I had additional charges refunded two different times because I called to have the Charge removed and it never was over two years.
They will way over charge you if you go over the dumpster or have anything near it. But very reliable!
Rented a large dumpster from WM for a whole home and garage clean out. The process was simple, delivery was on time, and pick-up occurred on the scheduled day. WM staff was all polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
Always picks up on trash day!
Local service was great! You price increases are absolutely absurd!
