Waste management has been a great company to work with in every aspect. The staff was very polite and helpful when getting service started, my bill is clear and precise every single time, the driver does a fantastic job and arrives like clock work every single week! Highly recommend!
I sent a certified letter in the mail 3 months prior to my contract ending to avoid a $300 fee as instructed by Waste management’s online service center and was still charged the $300 fee. I had additional charges refunded two different times because I called to have the Charge removed and it never was over two years.
They will way over charge you if you go over the dumpster or have anything near it. But very reliable!
