I'm lucky to get it picked up once every 2-3 months. Tired of calling 311
I closed my service, I can drop trash bin off at this location, someone told me I can't drop it off because they haven't any proper location at Little Rock, they will charge $70 in my account for pick it up in my address. That is very bad customer service. DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.
I set the start date as the 15-18. I have been trying to call some to let them know I dont need a new can after selecting it wrong and they will not answer the phone. I am on hold for 15+ mins everytime and then the call drops. I finally messaged online today to confirm when they are coming and they said not till next week.
