I was a loyal Waste Management customer for many years and experienced good customer service until recently. I'm not sure what happened but the quality of their service is now terrible especially considering they are the most expensive trash removal service in my area even without their ridiculous fuel surcharges. I understand that gas prices fluctuate but randomly getting hit with fuel charges when I'm committed to them for 3 months at a time is not acceptable.
