Our previous pickup collection was fine, but the lifting fixture on the bin was loosened. It obviously needed repair before it could be lifted again. We used the online service to request the repair. The online service immediately replied specifying a 4-day window that repairs would be made, and asked that the bin be available streetside during that 4-day window. I had a problem with getting my payment moved over to my bank account. It was because I wasn't understanding the procedure. I tried at least 3 times, but finally I did it correct. Better instructions for old people.
