Extremely satisfied with the service WM provides
Started out not good, finally is getting better on pickup day I was not told what day was pickup day was , figured it out. Great guys , do a good job of pickup
Our previous pickup collection was fine, but the lifting fixture on the bin was loosened. It obviously needed repair before it could be lifted again. We used the online service to request the repair. The online service immediately replied specifying a 4-day window that repairs would be made, and asked that the bin be available streetside during that 4-day window.
