New customer, after waiting weeks for a barrel to be delivered but receiving excuses for one not being delivered decided to instead go with a competitor. Then, of course, a barrel shows up after cancelling service. Now we’re looking at an ugly green barrel until WM decides to come and get it. Internal communication at WM is poor.
8 weeks. 3 weeks to get my dumpster. Got the wrong dumpster when it showed up now it’s sat full for another 5 weeks and can’t be dumped. The driver showed up the first time before I even had one delivered. He had showed up 2 more times and can’t dump it. Amazed the company is still in business.
When you try to cancel service they make it very difficult. It’s ok to try to keep your business but when I say I’m done they need to lessen
Poor business practices and even worse customer service all while locking you into a contract. It has been a complete nightmare, I will not be giving them another cent and I would highly discourage anyone else to do business with them.
