Our trash continuously isnt getting picked up on our scheduled days. I dont know what is going on or if its because its a new neighborhood but i am so tired of it.. our entire street was missed again on 5/22/2026. Phone lines closed so cant call. Discount is needed as we arent even getting the services we pay for!

Good service on a no pickup service call.
I have city of waxahachie trash and recycling services though this company. They missed recycling on Friday for several of us on our street. I called today to see about getting it picked up and was told dispatch was unavailable when they called and they would have to call me back. I called back after three hours and was told the turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours so now it's been three additional days since it was supposed to have been pick plus up to two more days to get it picked up.
