I’ve never used waste connections. Stopped next to one of their trucks just now and all 6 tires were entirely bald. They should take better care of their fleet

I've lived in Oak Ridge for my life time , I've lived on Arcadia lane for 12 years . We have side walks in front of our Condos . Since waste connection started crub side pick up they miss trash pick ups and recycling containers even if your making them aware they use our Private parking lot as a street this is A LANE they're heavy trucks are putting stress on pavement causing uneven pavement ! They don't Stress the rule of huge Trash containers to be moved from walking side walk , I've fell off the curb springing my ankle it... read more
Well I came home today to find out waste management managed to knock over my street bike and cause damage. They was professional about the ordeal though since I wasnt home. They left a business card so I called and that's when I was notified about what happened. Hopefully my street bike can be repaired. Been waiting five days to hear back from these ppl after they told me one to two days.i call them just to get the run around so I guess I'ma have to seek a lawyer for this manner
