This was my first visit to E. wolfvalley. I was confused when I first came in & went the wrong direction. Your attendant whom I now know as Emily, was extremely kind & informative, directing to the right container s to depose. It's rare, to have great Customer Service these days. I called in for the trash to be picked up from my motel saying that we didnt have a account with them if we didnt have it then how did the payment went out all this month from my account then maybe u should refund that back then !! Bullshit
I will never use Waste Management again! I'd rather take my trash to the dump myself! They switched my can with my neighbor's can (I don't know which neighbor). We always put our trash in bags and keep our can in the garage. The can they gave us was full of maggots literally from the bottom of the can to the top. It was covered in garbage particles and smelled horrid. When I called and asked for a new can, they said they wouldn't replace it. They told me to switch it out with a neighbor's can.
