They bugged me for months to let them bid taking our contract. When I finally gave them the shot, I was told they can't do it because of safety concerns. When I called to get clarification, I was told that the incline was too steep for winter. I told them the Street has a bigger incline. They offered to do it if they could move it making my staff have to push a cart in the snow. Thank you for always picking it up on time!
Once again our driver went above and beyond. He picked up small items that fell out of the dumpster, and actually took a broom and cleaned up!
Worst Service EVER!!! never received the bill and have been a customer for 31 years and they suspend my garbage service, No courtesy call to make sure there wasn't an issue. Driver just drives past, glad i noticed it hadn't been picked up and made the call myself
