A salesman came to my door and offered these services. I said i’d think about it. He mo strings attached! We will reach out to you give you more info and confirm. Well, the following week I received two cans and an invoice. Go figure.
Horrible customer service. I would recommend using a different company that will be cheaper for sure they will price match but they only tell you this after you want to leave the company because they're charging you so much. They were charging me $150 every 3 months I left this company because I found one that charges me $70 if you cancel your service with them their customer service people will be rude to you and disrespectful this company sucks anyways even the drivers that I had come to my house we're horrible
I appreciate the job they do and I especially appreciate them driving slowly through our community. So many of the trash disposal drivers drive really fast through where we live.
Hate that robotic arm they use to pick up the totes and bang bang bang bang bang it into the truck every Friday morning at 7 am! Could you make any more noise??? Once is enough, more efficient, and quiet!
The driver places the can back onto my property!! Today I noticed the driver pick up something that fell on the ground. He cares about the job, our community, and knows that details matter!
