I just want to say "Thank You" to my driver! I came home from the hospital last week and last friday I was able to get my trash out. But today, due to having a bad night and not sleeping well I was unable to get my trash out. I heard the truck pull up and my bedroom is at the back of the house but by the time I got there he had already came up driveway and grabbed the can and emptied it. THANK YOU!!

Since we’ve transitioned to Waste Connections from WSI, they’ve skipped our house, almost never empty the can all of the way, and have the most rules about how your trash has to be in order to be disposed of. They’ve emphasized speed over service, which seems to be industry standard. Pretty big bummer.
Terrance is a real great guy, he’s always going the extra mile, may it be safety on the road, helping the elderly or picking up trash that blew out of his dump bin. Thank you very much, I appreciate him.
