My garbage can was knocked over and was left in my yard. I called and after being berated and treated horribly they said they’d come by Monday to pick it back up. It’s Tuesday and the pollycart is still at the street and still full!
Great service
I believe our drivers name is Keith, let me just say the nicest guy out there. I totally forgot to put my dumpster out and he backed into our driveway and grabbed it and pulled it up to the truck to be dumped. This man deserves a raise! In the 5 years that I’ve used waste connection never has someone been so thoughtful.
They offered me little help in customer service trying to set up my payment to the point I canceled service within the first Two days. They kept $35 for delivering a can I never used or knew the delivered.
