I believe our drivers name is Keith, let me just say the nicest guy out there. I totally forgot to put my dumpster out and he backed into our driveway and grabbed it and pulled it up to the truck to be dumped. This man deserves a raise! In the 5 years that I’ve used waste connection never has someone been so thoughtful.
They offered me little help in customer service trying to set up my payment to the point I canceled service within the first Two days. They kept $35 for delivering a can I never used or knew the delivered.
While the starting of our service with this company was a bit shaky at first that has improved greatly. New house build so them finding us was an issue. However now that we got things sorted out they have been great. Always on time and good service. But the best of all was yesterday. I wasn’t home when my trash cans blew over and when they showed up to get the trash instead of just driving off he stopped and picked up my cans and put the trash back in them! I would definitely recommend them.
I have had this trash company for years. The driver is the nicest person. He has come and helped me when I was ruin my can to the curb in the snow/ice. I literally had house shoes on in my robe waving like a mad woman. He stopped and said ma’am I got it you go put some shoes on. Laughing with me as I raced back in from the cold. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
My parents use this trash service. We have a dumpster. We have moved it from our fence line multiple times and they keep moving it closer to it over and over again. Well yesterday the put the dumpster on our fence and broke our posts. My parents are elderly and we take care of their yard and land. Now my husband and I have to fix the fence line.
