Our dumpster NOT picked up 2 times this month. The first time was the week after a big Trunk-or-Treat event and the most recent happened to be after a wedding occurred here. Our small country church is absolutely piled high with garbage inside and out. It is such an eyesore. I have had to pick up some extremely unpleasant trash that was strewn all over by animals (animals are not their fault but it wouldn't have been there if they had respected our service contract). Could you please schedule pick up time after 6 am? Your truck coming here during 2 am to 4 am is disturbing the next door residents. Audubon square village located in 4735 Spottswood, Memphis TN 38117.

I absolutely detest this company. They charge customers in advance, of course, but every other week I have to call because my garbage isn’t picked up on my so-called “trash day”. They are full of excuses, “ mechanical problems, the truck broke down , they’re behind three hours therefore they didn’t complete the run, no-staff, to young staffers who don’t want to work “!
