Literally these people cannot count, let alone pick up trash correctly. They screwed up a prorated bill of mine multiple times then shut off service with no warning because it wasn’t paid- but I have numerous unanswered emails asking what the final number was and how to pay it online. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional.

Yesterday, a Waste Connections employee, while delivering trash bins to my neighbor’s property, reported seeing an unattended infant in my garage. This report was false. I was in my garage with my child the entire time. Fortunately, my neighbor and I were chatting the entire time and she was able to confirm that I was present. While I understand the importance of "see something, say something," a false report can have significant legal and emotional implications for a family. After telling us our day has changed to Fridays they never came. We got backed up with several weeks of trash and after several weeks of unreturned calls they came and dumped trash everywhere and left it. Don’t give these people your money.

Prices went up, and now I'm told they no longer accept paper leaf bags. Unless I want to pay $13.98 per bag.
