I live in Waxahachie and have been having trouble with my pick ups on Thursday. I called this morning and Christian Davis answered my call, and I might add that I was slightly frustrated. He took my info and we chatted about the situation. He said he would call back and he sure did. I just got off the phone with him and he explained what was going on. I was very impressed with his polite and professional demeanor. Very kind young man and you are lucky to have a customer service rep like him :)

I called in and was on hold for 40 mins, and I finally was connected with Christina Z. She was very helpful and kind as I had alot of questions with the new rules coming with the new carts in midlothian. Christina was able to give me all the info I need applied my dad senior discount on and also emailed me a link with more info in case my father needs to re read anything as he’s an older man. This is what is called great customer service! Thank you so much again Christina !
