I have canceled many times. They keep billing me. I can't get a hold of anyone. They are the worst. Do not use WM

After telling us our day has changed to Fridays they never came. We got backed up with several weeks of trash and after several weeks of unreturned calls they came and dumped trash everywhere and left it. Don’t give these people your money.
Wow oh wow. If you live in Englewood, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR WASTE SERVICE. The workers on the truck are noticeably lazy and rude. My neighbors complained that this company would spill trash and not pick it up when pouring the garbage bins into the truck. I let that go at the time. Furthermore, they were very inconsistent during snow. They would generally contact the community around 3pm on a snowy day, after people have had their trash bins out, and say they weren't coming.
